Harvest Capital Management Public : Transfer of the titles of Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd from the Surveillance Market to the Alternative Market (Regulated Market)

ANNOUNCEMENT Transfer the titles Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd to the Alternative Market (Regulated Market). The Cyprus Stock Exchange has announced the transfer the titles Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd to the Alternative Market. This is because the reasons for the transfer no longer apply after the publication and issuance of the company's pending financial statements. Paragraph 2.2.5 (as amended) of RAA 379/2014 was used to reach this decision. It is also noted that company titles will still be marked with (S) on daily price bulletins or trading boards. This is due to non-observances of the special listing requirement as well as the continuing obligation to maintain a minimum stock exchange value. The Council will remove the (S) marking on the CSE's trading board and daily price bulletins pertaining to company titles when it determines that the reasons for the marking no longer apply.
