The county announced in an announcement that seven properties were scheduled to be sold as of May 18. The county announced that properties could still be removed from tax sale lists if taxes, penalties and interest have been paid up to date.
According to the county each parcel will go to the highest bidder using a certified check or cashier’s check.
The announcement stated that those bidding must first register and confirm their funds, before the auction begins. Representatives or agents must also provide notarized documentation proving authorization to bid for the parties they represent.
