Mercedes-Benz Group AG is a company that produces and distributes cars, trucks and vans. Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans, and Mercedes-Benz Mobility are its two segments. The Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans Segment develops, produces and sells premium and luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach, as well as smart small cars. The Mercedes-Benz Mobility Segment supports sales of Group vehicle segments globally and provides services, such as fleet management for Europe through the Athlon Brand. The company was founded in 1926 by Gottlieb Daimler, Carl Benz and has its headquarters in Stuttgart.
