NAIOP Pittsburgh celebrates the best in region's development for 2022

NAIOP Pittsburgh chose a nonprofit firm that has been in business for more than 60 year as its Developer of Year 2022.

The Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania. NAIOP Pittsburgh cited RIDC's Mill 19 repurposing of a former industrial mill shed in Hazelwood Green as a new tech flex hub for its selection over others.

NAIOP Pittsburgh's awards were a great way to celebrate an award-winning year, even though the development of Pittsburgh and its surrounding areas remained challenging.
