More than 54,00 respondents took part in the survey. Of these, 92.5% were women. The study found that those with less than 10 years of experience are more likely to be unemployed. The most striking differences were found when comparing nurses in their early careers with high workloads with those with more experience and normal workloads. This Russian nurse chose to wear only a bra, under a transparent PPE, at the height of pandemic. She was disciplined despite "no complaints" from patients.
