Realty Capital Residential has secured construction financing and broken ground on 16-story Flower Mound luxury tower
The project was previously known as Terranea. Construction of 3111 Sunset should be complete by early 2025.
The 16-story residential tower will be located at 3111 Sunset Boulevard. It overlooks Lake Grapevine. Residents can reserve guest suites and units measuring 1,485 square feet. Construction on 3111 Sunset is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Terranea was the previous name of the project. The total number of residential units at Lakeside Village, which covers 40 acres, is 875. Alex Brown, President and CEO of Realty Capital Residential stated that he learned a lot about the amenities and features that residents want after marketing Lakeside Tower's first residential tower. Residents continue to tell us that the beauty of Lake Grapevine and the ease of walking to other amenities make the building a unique place to live. Since 1973, the property has been owned by the Dallas family of Peter P. Stewart. In 2011, Realty Capital was chosen to be Lakeside's master developer. Nearly $1 billion worth of projects has been completed since Lakeside was founded. Brown stated that he was excited to begin construction on the second residential tower at Lakeside Village.
