Leaders need to have the courage to embrace diversity. Meeting people where they're at: In order to truly embrace inclusivity we must meet people wherever they may be. To do this, we must acknowledge and support individual needs and experiences. Transparency is created when we share our stories, including any challenges and achievements. Transparency is a crucial factor in building trust between employees and stakeholders.
