As market uncertainty mounts when it comes to the future of traditional office projects, SharpVue Capital is eyeing a niche opportunity – medical offices.

The fund's latest investment vehicle, SVC Income Fund, was filed in securities. It has received $15 million equity from one investor. Roberts stated that this is not an extension of our existing strategy. Roberts said that while we still have our main opportunistic funds, which are highly diversified and this strategy is for investors who are looking for an income-focused vehicle. SharpVue Capital manages private real estate, private credit, and equity funds for both institutional investors as well as individuals. Its realty strategy is mainly focused on the Southeast. The Hyatt House at Vanderbilt, Nashville, and the mixed-use 2738 Capital Boulevard Building in Raleigh are some of its investments.
